  • Domestic orders are shipped via trusted Pakistani courier services (TCS, Leopard, M&P, BlueEx) based on package size, weight, and location.

  • International orders use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Pakistan Post. Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Show / Event Purchases

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless explicitly approved by Meta Armor.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and exclude shipping costs

6. Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders)

  • Online returns/exchanges are allowed only with prior Return Authorization (RA).

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned via prepaid shipping.

  • Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
